Aleksandra Pinar
I’m an innovation leader working at the intersection of technology, cognition, and sustainability.
With years of experience designing intelligent systems for global organizations, I now focus on advancing Regenerative AI — a new paradigm where technology restores, not depletes.
As the Founder of the Regen AI Institute, my mission is to bridge cognitive science, ethical AI, and sustainable decision design to help institutions evolve from efficiency-driven automation to purpose-driven intelligence.
My background in business analysis, digital transformation, and data governance enables me to translate complex systems into aligned, regenerative frameworks that organizations can implement responsibly.
I believe that the future of innovation lies not in faster computation — but in deeper alignment:
between humans and machines, purpose and progress, cognition and care.
Since May 2025 I have served as Lecturer at Careerera, delivering modules on AI ethics, cognitive alignment and sustainable intelligence systems

Professional Profile
For over a decade, I have successfully led
Digital Bro AI Consulting — a strategic advisory and innovation company specializing in AI-driven transformation, cognitive systems, and no-code development.
Through this work, I have collaborated with leading international organizations such as Ernst & Young (EY), Roche, Capbase, Limango (Otto Group), and Ladder.io, supporting initiatives in digital transformation, data intelligence, and sustainable automation.
Insights from these research and implementation projects led to the creation of the Regen AI Institute — a research and innovation hub dedicated to advancing Regenerative Artificial Intelligence.
🌱 Mission of the Regen AI Institute
The Regen AI Institute was founded to explore how intelligence — human and artificial — can evolve in ways that restore balance, foster ethical decision-making, and regenerate social, organizational, and ecological systems.
Our mission is to design and promote Cognitive Alignment Frameworks that help institutions build AI systems capable of understanding context, values, and long-term sustainability.
We aim to bridge science, ethics, and strategy — guiding organizations toward a future where technology amplifies human potential and contributes to a regenerative economy.
